1. The subject of the order is the provision of a passenger transport service by bus in addition to rail passenger transport carried out by "Przewozy Regionalne" sp. Z o. O.

2. The order is divided into 2 tasks:

Task 1

Passenger transport by bus on the Władysławowo - Hel - Władysławowo section from 9/12/2018 to 25/04/2019 and from 30/09/2019 to 14/12/2019.

The expected route of buses without adding journeys (empty runs) during the contract period is approximately 57,190 km

Exercise 2

Passenger transport by bus on the sections:

a) Chojnice - Kościerzyna - Chojnice in the period from 9/12/2018 to 14/12/2019. The expected route of buses without adding journeys (empty runs) during the contract period is approximately 109,816 km.

b) Chojnice - Dziemiany Kaszubskie - Chojnice from 9/12/2018 to 14/12/2019 from Monday to Friday, except for the world and dates 24-31.12.2018, 11-24.2.2019, 18-19.4. 2019, 23.4.2019, 2.5.2019, 21.6.2019, 24.6.2019 - 30.8.2019. The expected route of buses without adding journeys (empty runs) during the contract period is about 16 830 km

3. Way of performing the order:

1) The service will be provided according to the timetables provided by the Employer, constituting Annex 1 to the contract (Annex 8 to the ToR), using vehicles in the number (capacity) adapted to the estimated attendance contained in the timetable.

2) During the service, the Contractor will be required to provide parking spaces: for task 1 in Władysławowo and Hel, for task 2 in Chojnice, Kościerzyna and Dziemiany Kaszubskie, where in the event of a train delay the vehicles will wait for communication without disrupting road traffic.

3) The Awarding Entity allows partial bids. Offers can be submitted for one or more tasks. Each task will be assessed separately and may be the subject of a separate agreement.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the implementation of the contract are contained in Annex 8 to the ToR, which is a model contract.
