The city of Ellwangen is an investor for the European Training and Transfer Academy for Young Adults (EATA). Building 9 of the Reinhardt barracks will be rebuilt for this purpose and then rented to a gGmbH from Kolping-Bildungswerk, the city of Ellwangen and Ostalbkreis. In this regard, a tender for the architectural services was already held in 2016 (2016 / S 210-382913). However, the contractual relationship with the architects found here was terminated. According to the funding decision, completion, including billing and presentation of the proof of use, must be completed by June 30, 2022. Now the service phases 5-9 for building parts A and B as well as optional service phases 8 and 9 for building part C of the service profile object planning buildings and interiors (in accordance with Section 34 (3) HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 No. 10.1 ) to be awarded. The furnishing planning of the apartments is included here. The following special services are also commissioned:
- Update the room books in a detailed form;
- review of the room program;
- Cost controlling with monthly reporting including cost forecast;
- Creation of building inventory documentation;
- Creation of maintenance and care instructions;
- Monitoring remedial measures in service phase 9.
