1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive insurance of the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera in Warsaw, including insurance of:

1) property

2) civil liability – in the scope of contractual and tortious civil liability

3) electronics divided into stationary and portable electronics, software and costs associated with the reproduction of data from all risks

4) property in transport (including decorations, costumes, means of staging and production of performances and exhibitions) during national trips of the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera

5) property in transport (including decorations, costumes, means of staging and production of performances and exhibitions) during foreign trips of the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera

6) costs of medical treatment, consequences of accidents and assistance during domestic and foreign trips of employees and people working on behalf of the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera

2) Civil liability insurance – in the scope of contractual and tortious liability;

3) Insurance of electronics divided into stationary and portable electronics, software and costs associated with the reproduction of data from all risks;

4) Insurance of property in transport (including decorations, costumes, means of staging and production of performances and exhibitions) during domestic trips of the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera,

5) Insurance of property in transport (including decorations, costumes, means of staging and production of performances and exhibitions) during foreign trips of the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera,

6) Insurance of medical expenses, consequences of accidents and assistance during domestic and foreign trips of employees and persons working on behalf of the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera,

7) Motor insurance (OC, AC, NNW, ASS, glass).

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Annex 1 to the SWZ entitled Description of the subject of the contract.

3. The Ordering Party informs that it has a document – a schedule of works improving fire protection. The Above document may be obtained by the Contractor for inspection at the Ordering Party's registered office after submitting an application in the manner described in Chapter XV point 10 of the SWZ.
