The contract refers to services to be provided to University College London as follows:

— internal cleaning,

— external cleaning,

— response and support services,

— portering and waste collection,

— pest control,

— provision of consumables,

— window cleaning,

— feminine hygiene,

— dust control,

— landscape management,

— waste management the services are required to approximately 150 buildings of academic and residential use covering over 340 000 m squared NUA with teams currently consisting of over 800 full- and part-time staff.
