The object of the contract is the assignment of the custody and outsourced management service of the deposit archive of the Municipality of Ferrara for a period of three years. (See Explanatory Technical Report and art. 1 of the Specifications.)
Pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, the contract consists of a single lot as it is functionally inseparable.
The purpose of this contract is to entrust the service of custody and outsourcing management of files of the deposit archive of the Municipality of Ferrara, divided into the following main activities:
a. taking charge of the documentation at the current supplier's premises;
b. custody;
c. management of the archive - file search at the request of the Institution for consultation and related delivery and subsequent relocation of the file to storage;
d. provision of a web portal for consultation of the files of the archive;
e. final return of the documentation in custody at the end of the contract at the contractor's expense;
The deposit archive of the Municipality of Ferrara is characterized by:
documentation equal to 3,150 linear meters or 7533 boxes of standard format 40x40x30 deposited with an external company (Plurima SpA);
