As Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) intends to conclude a framework agreement on the purchase and delivery of visitor / meeting chairs.
The award takes place in 3 lots:
- Lot 1: Manufacturer: Stechert, Model: 1014 Designo,
- Lot 2: cantilever chairs - standard meeting chair,
- Lot 3: Cantilever chair - high quality chair chair.
The duration of the framework agreement is expected to be 24 months. There is a one-time renewal option for up to 12 months. The framework agreement is intended to cover the related requirements for the Bonn and Berlin sites for the remainder of the financial year 2019 and the financial years 2020/2021 and possibly 2022 (extension option).

Evaluation criteria:
The lot 1 is weighted according to the following weighting (see chapter 13 appendix 2) - price: 65%, delivery time: 25%, warranty / guarantee: 10%.
