The purpose of this contract is to conclude, following a two-phase procedure, a framework agreement with a single service provider.
The National Lottery is looking for a partner who, with at least five judicial officers, will provide services related to the draws of the National Lottery.

This is a two-phase procedure.
The examination and selection of applications will be carried out on the basis of the selection guide (Phase 1). Only selected candidates will be invited to submit an offer (Phase 2).
The final date of 9.8.2021 before 11:00 is the closing date for the introduction of applications only.
This means that it is only your answer for Phase 1 (selection phase) that needs to be introduced via the e-Tenderering platform.
Please follow the instructions in the Phase 1 contract documents (Selection Guide). Phase 2 contract documents are given only “for information”.
Only selected candidates (Phase 1) will be invited to submit an offer (Phase 2) at a later date.
