The scope of the Contract is the annual servicing (CP12) and responsive repairs to gas appliances at approximately 700 Walsall properties. The scope includes the replacement of parts and occasional partial and full system replacements. The scope also includes testing and servicing of smoke alarms, carbon monoxide monitors and Resident's own gas appliances.
The proposed duration of the Contract is 3 years with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years.

— Establishing value for money;
— Establishing high-levels of performance; and
— Establishing high-levels of customer service for WATMOS tenants.
