5) The Municipality of Nowy Pond (its organizational units),

6) Wejherowo Municipality (its organizational units),

7) Malbork Castle Museum,

8) Municipalities of Miłoradz

9) Municipal Guard in Gd. and Gdańsk Sports Centre - fuel for motor boats.

2.The subject of the contract in part 10 are sukc. deliveries, sales

fuel – diesel fuel for Entities acting jointly:

1) Gdańsk Zoological Garden,

2) Communes of Nowy Staw,

3) Companies Gdańskie Buses and Trams Sp.zo.o

The Agreements will be concluded by each of the Entities separately with the Contractor.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of fuels in a non-cash system using fuel cards for company cars as well as power generators and small equipment.

2. The purchase of fuels indicated by the Ordering Party will be carried out in a non-cash system, at the Contractor's stations.

3. The type and estimated quantity of fuel to be purchased during the term of the contract (for Part 1 in total) shall be:

1 855 liters of diesel fuel for aggregates,

1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries, sale of fuel – diesel fuel for Entities acting jointly.

2. The sale of fuel will consist in successive deliveries of diesel oil in wholesale quantities, by road tankers directly to the tanks of the following Entities:

1) Municipalities of the City of Gdańsk - Gdańsk Zoological Garden,

2) Commune of Nowy Staw - Municipal Office,

3) Companies Gdańskie Buses and Trams Sp. z o.o.

3.The estimated quantity of fuel to be purchased during the term of the contract shall be:

1) For the Gdańsk Zoological Garden: 14 m3 of diesel fuel for temperate climate,

2) For the Nowy Staw Commune - Municipal Office: 49 m3 of diesel fuel for temperate climate,

3) For GAiT Sp. z o.o.: 7 900 m3 of diesel fuel, including:

(a) diesel fuel for a temperate climate in the amount of 6 300 m3,

(b) diesel fuel for the Arctic climate with a sulphur content of not more than 0,001 % (m/m) with a turbidity point max. -22 degrees C in the amount of 1 600 m3

4.Diesel fuel will be supplied by tank trucks, equipped with legalized fuel meters.
