This consultation concerns the supply of dental prostheses for the Hospitals of Valenciennes, Maubeuge, Fourmies and Felleries-Liessies.

The Centre Hospitalier, the support institution of the Ght-Hainaut-Cambrésis, acts as the contracting authority of the group.

the procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.

The framework agreement with maximum is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders.

Each framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator.

Applicants have the possibility to submit tenders for all lots.

Lot 1: Supply of dental prostheses for the Valenciennes Hospital Center.

The maximum annual value of the contract is broken down as follows:

- €120,000 maximum excl. VAT per year for Lot 1

supply of dental prostheses for the hospitals of Maubeuge, Felleries-Liessies and Fourmies.

The maximum annual value of the contract is broken down as follows:

- €360,000 maximum excl. VAT per year for Lot 2

supply of orthodontic prostheses for the Maubeuge Hospital Centre

The maximum annual value of the contract is broken down as follows:

- €200,000 maximum per year excl. VAT for Lot 3
