The present tender concerns the assignment as "Engineer" according to the "FIDIC 2017 Yellow Book" awarded. Nordjyllandsværket A/S will be an active developer throughout the project.

It is noted that in the contract for the project "Sea water heat pump – lot 1 Technical installations", the role of Engineers is adapted, as Nordjyllandsværket A/S in connection with the implementation becomes an active Developer to a significantly greater extent than what is "normal" in a FIDIC 2017 Yellow Book project.
