The Wohnstätte Krefeld Wohnungs-AG intends to build 6 new residential buildings as a three-storey residential building with a staggered floor.

The 6 houses are divided into 4 buildings. The living area is about 4 000 m 2 and spread over a total of 57 apartments.

- about 1 500 m baseboards,

- about 500 m cork stripes,

- approx. 140 m screed joints.
