On behalf of the municipalities of Alver, Askøy, Austevoll vatn og avløp SA, Austrheim, Bømlo vatn og avløp AS, Gulen, Kvam, Osterøy, Tysnes, Ulvik, Vaksdal and Voss, Vann Vest AS invites tenderers to participate in a contest for the delivery of laboratory services for analysis of water samples form water treatment plants and the pipeline network.
The Joint procurement of laboratory services will cover the municipalities’ need for analysis of drinking water samples collected from raw water, water treatment plants and the pipeline network in accordance with the Regulation concerning Water Supply and Drinking Water (the Drinking Water Regulation). See also the Norwegian Food Safety Authority's guide to the Drinking Water Regulation.
The purchase concerns both analysis of planned samples and of samples that had to be connected in connection with emergency preparedness outside of regular working hours and other special condition related to the water supply. Included in the purchase is also the responsibility for the sample transport from the municipalities and until the analysis laboratory and supply necessary packaging.
