This purchase is intended to acquire the creation and support of the National Transit System of the Helpdesk to the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

The goods are financed on the basis of the contribution agreement ENI/2018/404-165 signed on 19 December 2018 between the CPMA and the European Commission representing the European Union, in the framework of component 1 "Budgetary planning" of the European Union-funded programme "Support for public finance management in Ukraine" (EU4PFM), component 3 "Tax collection" and component 4 "Horizontal functions and management".

This purchase is intended to acquire the creation and support of the National Transit System of the Helpdesk to the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
