The service contract is based on a factoring service which includes the sale by solving, on a monthly basis, of all or part of the current or future receivables arising from the supply of electricity to providing the greatest protection for a maximum monthly amount of EUR 250 000 000,00 (two hundred and fifty thousand, 00).

The estimated turn over from the divestments, related to the duration of the contract, is EUR 3 000 000 000 (three billion). The estimated value of the contract, pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 14, letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 is equal, for the entire duration of the sale, to 700 000.00 EUR (seven hundred thousand) VAT excluded.

Buyer unico SpA will transfer monthly credits to the transferee for a minimum amount of EUR 30 000 000.00 (thirty-thousand). In the case of the sale, the transferee company will make available to Buyer unico SpA the entire nominal value of the credit itself.

The estimated turn over from the divestments, related to the duration of the contract, is EUR 3 000 000 000.00 (three billion).
