The in-house company BAU Landkreis Breisgau-Hochschwarzwal is planning the construction of a new community accommodation on the parcel in the area of plot no. 6241 as well as on the property to the west of it. The property is located in 79283 Ehrenkirchen in the district of Ehrenstetten in the area of the sports facilities. The project comprises a gross floor area (GFA) of approx. 675 m² and a usable area of approx. 510 m² and thus offers space for 26 residents in the future.

It is intended to award the project as a combined planning and construction tender in its entirety to a team of property and specialist planners as well as a general contractor for turnkey implementation. The scope of services includes all services in the cost group 100-700. The award of this service is to be carried out within the framework of a negotiated procedure in accordance with EU-VOB/A with a preliminary competition (two-stage procedure).
