The contract has as its object the joint assignment of executive design services, safety coordination during the design phase with the drafting of the PSC and execution of the works (so-called "integrated contract") on the basis of the final project, pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, by virtue of the derogation provided for by art. 48, paragraph 4, 5 and 6 of Decree Law 77/2021, converted by Law 108/2021 for contracts falling within the scope of the PNRR / PNC. The works consist in the functional and management efficiency of the adduction tunnel from the Occhito reservoir to the fennel allocator serving the irrigation areas of the North and South Fortore of the Consortium.
