The subject of the evaluation is a service – an evaluation which, as a result of the analysis carried out, assesses the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of the implementation of the structural funds for the 2014-2020 period and highlights the added value and synergies of structural support and its complementarity with the operational programmes of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund. In addition to the impact of the Structural Funds and the aggregate impact of the ESI Funds in achieving the objectives of the Competitiveness Plan "Estonia 2020", the evaluation will also assess the contribution to the Europe 2020 strategy.
