The contract has as its object the discipline of the service of administration of work of the professional figures that Acquirente Unico S.p.A. will need during the contractual relationship to meet needs of a non-continuous nature and / or periodically or related to situations of urgency and / or extraordinary, not faced with the staff in service or through the methods of ordinary recruitment, as well as the discipline of the search and selection service of personnel to be hired on a permanent basis.

The contract, therefore, is aimed at identifying an Employment Agency, in possession of authorization pursuant to art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 276/2003 and subsequent amendments specifically registered in section "A" of the Register of Employment Agencies established at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, to which the aforementioned services are entrusted.

The professional profiles covered by the work administration service normally belong to category group "B" of the CCNL electricity sector and are estimated annually to the extent of n. 35 resources.

The professional profiles covered by the search and selection service for personnel to be hired on a permanent basis normally belong to category group "B" of the CCNL electricity sector and are estimated annually to the extent of 3 resources.
