Lunch for schools in the Trier-Saarburg district

The district of Trier-Saarburg (client) intends to award services in accordance with VOL/B with regard to lunch at various schools in the Trier-Saarburg district. These are the following schools:

• Lot 1 School Centre Schweich (Gymnasium and secondary school plus Schweich and partly Levana School Schweich) • Lot 2 Levana School Schweich • Lot 3 Meulenwald School Schweich • Lot 4 Gymnasium Hermeskeil • Lot 5 Integrated Comprehensive School Hermeskeil • Lot 6 St. Martinus Special School Reinsfeld • Lot 7 Elementary and Secondary School plus Waldrach • Lot 8 Gymnasium Saarburg • Lot 9 Realschule plus Saarburg

Lunch at the Schweich school center (grammar school and secondary school plus Schweich with some Levana school)

The district of Trier-Saarburg (client) intends to award lunch services to schools in the Trier-Saarburg district. The exact scope of services can be found in the respective service description (s) as well as the special contract terms and conditions that are attached to the procurement documents. The number of lunches per lot will vary. With regard to lot 1, an average of 60 students take part in the lunch menu.

The contract starts on 01.08.2022 and runs until the end of the 2022/2023 school year, and it is possible to extend the contract for another school year. The contract ends at the end of the 2025/2026 school year at the latest.

Lots 1 and 2 can only be awarded together.

Lunch at Levana School Schweich

The district of Trier-Saarburg (client) intends to award lunch services to schools in the Trier-Saarburg district. The exact scope of services can be found in the service description (s) as well as the special terms and conditions of contract that are attached to the procurement documents. The number of lunches per lot will vary. With regard to lot 2, an average of 112 students and 7 to 10 adults take part in lunch.

The contract starts on 01.08.2022 and runs until the end of the 2022/2023 school year, and it is possible to extend the contract for another school year. The contract ends at the end of the 2025/2026 school year at the latest.

Lots 1 and 2 can only be awarded together.
