The contracting authority starts a framework agreement for a period of 4 years (with a possible extension of 2 x 1 year) for the purchase of office furniture in its administrative buildings (Municipal Council of Grimbergen and OCMW Grimbergen).

In addition to the purchase of office furniture, the tenderer must also be responsible for the preparation of a design per service / room and for the complete project follow-up.

After all, the integration of the municipality - OCMW makes certain services 'larger' and the division into the town hall must be reviewed for each service / room.

The tenderer must also be responsible for renewing the floor covering (whether or not subcontracted).

The Financial Service will serve as a reference project for this. The tenderer is obliged to come and see the situation on the spot and receives the necessary information (see point 3 technical provisions) about the occupation of the service (number of offices separately, number of islands, number of persons per island, ...) and all other requirements (meeting table / room, reception, [...]). Deviations from the standard furniture (specified in inventory 1) may be allowed, but the style must be maintained.

For the elaboration of the reference project, the tenderer must state the full cost price (including materials and works) when registering. The board will assess the reference project on aesthetics and functionality and on the price for the development of the project.

The elaboration of the concept per service must already be included in the price for the entire duration of the assignment. The tenderer must specify a price for the proposed materials and works per project.
