The subject of the contract is the purchase and successive delivery for "MZK sp. z o.o. in Jelenia Góra" within 36 months of signing the contract of standard diesel oil and diesel oil with improved low-temperature properties with a sulfur content of not more than 10 mg / kg, hereinafter referred to as diesel oil or oil in a total estimated amount of 4,600,000 liters (in words: four million six hundred thousand liters), for public transport buses equipped with compression-ignition engines.

Supplied diesel oil in the summer, transitional and winter periods will meet the physico-chemical properties specified in the Table - Part I. Point 4.4 of the SWZ. Other parameters not included in the Table should comply with the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) and the parameters of the PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06/Ap2.9 standard. Diesel fuel will be delivered by road tankers to the Contractor at his expense, risk and responsibility to the Ordering Party's warehouse (transport Franco underground tanks), located at the Ordering Party's headquarters in Jelenia Góra, 145 Wolności Street. The estimated minimum size of a single delivery is about 32,000 liters. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Part I point 4 Description of the subject of the contract and in the model contract, which is an integral part of the SWZ.
