The purpose of this contract is to provide technical management, installation, reception and metering services for the Carrousel trade fair for arts and creation 2020.

The purpose of this lot is to provide technical management and technical management of the “Carrousel des Métiers d'art et de Création 2020” trade fair, which should result in the development of a gross area of 6,485 m 2 at the Carrousel du Louvre, 99 rue de Rivoli, 75 001 Paris.

The fair takes place every two years at the Carrousel du Louvre and requires optimal use of the exhibition site.

The stage manager will have to play a role of adviser, of technical piloting and will coordinate all the providers necessary for the accomplishment of his mission. In addition, he will carry out regular reporting, from obtaining the contract until the end of the event, and as many times as necessary, to CRMA IDF.

The object of this lot is to ensure the implementation of the general installation of the salon "the Carrousel of Crafts and Creation 2020"; the development of a gross space of 6,485 square meters at the Carrousel du Louvre, 99 rue de Rivoli, 75 001 Paris.

The expected services detailed below are in particular, the installation, the layout of the spaces, the assembly and disassembly of the stands, the signage.

It is specified that the technical management will be done by a project manager, called manager (lot 1) who will coordinate, alongside the CRMA IDF, all the providers necessary for the accomplishment of its mission.

The general installer will carry out regular reporting, from obtaining the contract until the end of the event, and as many times as necessary, to CRMA IDF.

- reception: information and orientation of visitors (single entry through the halls of the Carrousel du Louvre);

- precise counting of visitors (badge readers will be provided allowing this recording);

- replenishment of documents by hostesses at self-service points;

- free cloakroom maintenance (the cloakroom ticket booklet is provided by the service provider);

- distribution of bags and communication media to exhibitors and visitors.

The hosts and hostesses must be present at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2020, one hour before the opening of the show for the briefing with the CRMA IDF teams and the technical manager.
