The purpose of this contract is:
- maintenance of the PACE software, the web control application, web services (SOAP) and central databases,
- the adaptation and the realization of extension to the PACE software and to the control Web application and web services (SOAP) of data exchange between different interfaces,
- technical and functional IT support for auditors, certifiers and other users.
The mission will consist of the following tasks:
Task 1 (at a global price) - maintenance of PACE software, control application, SOAP web services and associated databases.
This task consists of the correction of bugs and software errors reported during the duration of the contract for the PACE application (part audits, certificates and partial reports), for the control application and its add-ons, SOAP web services and associated database.
Task 2: (price schedule) - technical and functional information support.
Technical and functional support is provided to certifiers, auditors, and recipients of SOAP web services or other users.
Technical support: by this term, we mean only computer difficulties. For this technical support, the certifiers and auditors will be able to directly contact the service provider (by email or telephone).
Functional support: "functional" questions are asked of the public service of Wallonia who, according to the type of questions, sends the user to the service provider.
Technical support and functional support must be provided in French.
