The ten storey 200,000 sq. ft research and office facility will be home to approximately 780 staff from the Trust, University of Manchester and Cancer Research UK.

• Contract management and administration
• Helpdesk, CAFM, and data management solution
• Building Management services
o Reception Duties
o General portering

• Hard FM services comprising of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & reactive maintenance covering:
o Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) assets and installations;
o Building fabric maintenance assets

• Soft FM services comprising of:
o Cleaning Service (including a day cleaning service and window cleaning)
o Pest Control Service
