The purpose of this contract is to provide the activities necessary for technical support to the

Directorate of European Funds and Project Financing to monitor all the actions to be financed by the

Mechanism of Recovery and Resilience (MRR).

The elementary unit of control will be the contract. The successful tenderer must design a monitoring and control model

to verify full compliance with the milestones and actions of ADIF and ADIF-AV.

For this, the consultant must define the MRR project team, develop internal governance and establish a

scorecard for managing financed contracts.

Likewise, you must make notes, internal and external reports with the information necessary for decision-making.
