Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter-, an approved municipal carrier according to the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II), plans to set up a flexible, comprehensive offer for individual support in the activation, motivation and placement of employable beneficiaries under the age of 25 at the locations Bensheim (Lot 1) and Lampertheim (Lot 2) with 15 places each.

The aim is to place the group of participants in gainful employment on the primary labour market or in an apprenticeship relationship through accompanying, individual and needs-oriented help and advice on the integration process. Partial and cross-sectional objectives are the creation of training capacity and to enable young people to orient themselves independently on the labour market.
