The subject of the order is the execution of the task of the “Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from property owners from the area of the Municipality of Leoncin and equipment with containers, collection and development of waste from the community PSZOK in 2022". This task consists in receiving, landscaping, and transporting municipal waste collected selectively and non-selectively from properties where residents from the Municipality area reside, Selective Collection of Municipal Waste conducted by the Municipality, in a manner that the Municipality achieving adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to landfills.

The subject of the contract covers only municipal waste, while it does not include waste generated and resulting from business activities.

The subject of the order shall be the collection and development of the municipal waste from all properties located within the Municipal Municipality of Leoncin, where the inhabitants reside in a way that ensures the Community achieves adequate recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888), and the provisions of the provisions of the Law of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Leoncin adopted by Resolution of the Council of the Municipality of Leoncin No XXXVIII/225/21 of 23 June 2021. published in the Official Journal of the Voivodeship. The Contractor shall be responsible for achieving the levels of recovery by the Municipal waste, taking into account the recovery levels indicated in the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (OJ 2021, item 888), Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on how to calculate the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws 2021, item 1530); and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on levels of limitation of mass storage of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412).

The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the object of the contract in accordance with applicable law.
