Once the nature of the benefits has been identified, it is not necessary to draw up the single Interference risk assessment document (DUVRI), and therefore no interference charges have been identified.

The supply must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Technical Documentation referred to in Article 23 of the contract scheme (Annex No. 4 to the tender specifications).

The proposed award criterion is that of the lowest price.

Pursuant to art. 95 paragraph 4, letter b) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 subsequent amendments, it should be noted that this tender concerns materials with standardized characteristics, produced on the basis of technical documentation sent to competition base, which fully describes all the technical and functional characteristics, as well as not allowing discretion with respect to the technical requirements provided for therein.

The award procedure is called pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 (Public Contracts Code) and Presidential Decree 207/2010 - limited to the rules still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the so-called Special Sectors.

All the activities covered by the contract are attributable to the main performance; therefore, the participation of multi-subject competitors referred to in art. 45 paragraph 2 letters d), e), f) and g) of Legislative Decree 50 is not possible /2016 s.m. of a vertical or mixed nature, but exclusively of a horizontal type.
