Description:
Delivery of cleaning products and hygiene products for the Municipality of Wałbrzych

1. The subject of the contract is successive delivery with unloading (by unloading the Ordering Party also means the placing of the order to the office of the Ordering Party in the indicated place) of cleaning products and hygiene items for the Municipality of Wałbrzych and its units and companies.

A detailed statement of the contracting entities is set out in Annex 3 to the Agreement. 2. This procedure is divided into two parts/ tasks. Task No 1 — Professional cleaners — A detailed description of the order can be found in the Annex to this SWZ under: “Description of the Order Item — Price Form” in Task No. 1 and Task No 1 Aqua - Zdrój. Task No 2 — Paper towels, toilet paper, soap - a detailed description of the order can be found in the annex to this SWZ section: “Description of the Order item — Price form” in Task No. 2 and Task No 2 Aqua - Zdrój.The object of the order for the task concerned describes the draft contract and OPZ — Price Form.

Task No 1 — Professional cleaning products

Task No 1 — Professional cleaners — A detailed description of the order is set out in the Annex to this SWZ section: “Description of the Order Item — Price Form” in Task No. 1 and Task No 1 Aqua - Zdrój.4. Other requirements of the Ordering Party:

4.1. The subject of the order will be delivered successively (in partial supply) to each of the Contracting Authority in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract.

4.2. The Contracting Authority provides for one delivery per month for each of the Ordering Party in the form of partial deliveries. In exceptional situations, in some Orders, two deliveries per month may be required. Detailed records of delivery and requisition notification by the Ordering Authority are described in § 4 of the draft contract. The places of delivery are set out in Annex 3 to the draft contract, i.e. the list of entities.

4.3. Applies to tasks covering its subject of order any dispensers or professional dosing systems - the Contractor is obliged to dismantle the old dispensers/dosing systems and hand them over to the Ordering Party. In place of dismantled dispensers/dosing systems, the Contractor shall be obliged to assemble new dispensers/dosing system. The provision of specific Contractors in the equipment w/w will be made on the basis of a use contract annexed to the draft public procurement contract. The entity using the equipment in/in shall be obliged to conduct training with the Ordering Party. This subject shall be governed in detail by the use agreement itself.

4.4. The dispensers/ dispensing systems used must be compatible with the products that will be dispensed by them.

4.5. For delivery, the Contractor shall be obliged to maintain compatibility of the chemical products used on one surface.

4.6. The Contractor shall be obliged to conduct training with the Contracting Authority on the use of the products offered by him so as to optimize their effectiveness and ensure safety for cleaning persons and third parties. Training dates will be set after the contract is signed. Training must be carried out with each Ordering Party separately. One training of cleaning staff shall be provided for the duration of the contract. In the event of a change of products supplied by the Contractor, the Contracting Authority should be trained in the use of newly introduced products. The topics of training must concern the efficient use of the products provided, including their optimal use on the surfaces concerned, the optimal method of dilution of concentrates and doses to be used. According to the provisions of the contract in question, the Contractor is also obliged to carry out training on the use of dispensing systems.

4.7. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Authority with legible, flooded hygiene plans.

4.8. The Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions. The equivalent offer shall mean an offer with parameters not inferior to the description indicated by the Contracting Authority in the description of the object of the order — the price form. The parameters indicated by the Ordering Party are minimum, boundary parameters. Under the term “parameters” are understood functionality, purpose, color scheme, structure, materials, shape, size, safety, strength, figure, size, dose, etc.

In accordance with Article 99 (5) of the Act, it is incumbent on the Contractor to demonstrate at the stage of submission of tenders that the deliveries offered by him meet the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority. In the event that the contractor does not submit documents on the use of other materials and equipment in the offer, it is meant that the materials and equipment proposed in the description of the object of the contract are included for the calculation of the offer price and the execution of the contract.
