Undervisningsbygg [the municipal undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property] shall enter into parallel framework agreements for architect services, interior architect services, engineering design group management and associated assignments.

8-12 parallel framework agreements will be signed to cover the contracting authority's needs for these services. The framework agreements will be for two years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 2 years on the original contract terms, 1 year at a time. The framework agreement is planned to start in April/May 2017.
