Liquid fuel - diesel EKODIESEL or equivalent in the amount of 300 m3. One-time fuel delivery min. 3.000 liters - max. 17,000 litres. We have one underground tank with a capacity of 18,000 liters. The subject of the contract should meet the following quality parameters: - flash point: minimum 55°C, - sulphur content: maximum 10 mg/kg, - cold filter blockage temperature in maximum degrees Celsius: in the transitional period (from 1 March to 15 April and from 1 October to 15 November) – it is minus 10°C, and in winter (from 16 November to the end of February) – it is minus 20°C, - density at 15°C: from 820 to 845 kg/m³, - viscosity at 40°C: from 2 to 4.5 mm²/s. Other quality parameters should correspond to the Polish Standard PN – EN 590. The unit of sale will be one meter3 at a reference temperature of 15⁰C. For fuels collected by a tank truck, the volume is calculated based on the indications of the volumetric flow meter and density at 15⁰C in accordance with PN-ISO91-1. The Contracting Authority reserves that in the event of a decrease in the need for the subject of the contract, the Contracting entity shall have the right to appropriately limit the scope of the ordered fuel supply, however, this limitation may not result in the Contractor supplying diesel oil in an amount of less than 270 m3. The purchased fuel will be intended for the Ordering Party's own needs and will not be intended for further trading.
