As part of the construction project "Rehabilitation of the sewage system", the LAC Part B is to be implemented in the Wulf-Isebrand-Kaserne property in Heide. The aim is to reduce extraneous water and to establish the prescribed tightness of the sewage system (the property is located in a water protection zone). This affects both the sewage and rainwater systems. After the renovation, the wastewater plants should correspond to the state of the art, the useful life of the rehabilitated wastewater plants should be 50 years if possible.

In the course of the construction document, variants were examined, the rehabilitation types renewal, renovation and repair for both the sewage and rainwater sewer systems will be carried out.

As part of this work, demolitions will also be carried out. structures (e.g. tank ramps) and decommissioning of sections that are no longer needed.

The work will be carried out in close coordination with the user on site, it is important to define meaningful sections and to carry out the implementation as smoothly as possible.
