The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from properties inhabited for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.

1. The material scope of the contract shall include:

1) collection of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate located in the Krzykosy Commune (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Środa Poviat), divided into the following fractions:

a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (hereinafter also referred to as "mixed waste"),

(b) paper,

c) metals, plastics, packaging waste, multi-material,

d) coloured and colourless glass combined,

e) bio-waste (kitchen and green together),

f) ashes and slags from domestic hearths,

g) bulky waste,

h) waste electrical and electronic equipment,

(i) used passenger car tyres.

2) transport of collected municipal waste referred to in point 1 (hereinafter referred to as: "municipal waste") to the place of waste collection (management), provided by the Ordering Party: Installation of the Wielkopolski Recycling Center – Sp. z o.o. in Jarocin

with its registered office in Witaszyczki, REGON: 251580939, NIP: 617205498, KRS: 0000162132, Installation address: Mariusza Małynicza 1, Witaszyczki 63-200 Jarocin (hereinafter referred to as the "Installation"),

3) providing property owners with bags for separate collection

and waste collection:

(a) paper,

(b) glasses

(c) metals, plastics and packaging and multi-material waste,

(d) bioodpadów,

4) launching, implementing and providing access to the reception identification system for ash containers (which are equipped with transponders) using radio frequency identification (RFID) technology.
