The Agglomeration Community of Saint-Dizier Der et Blaise (Casddb) has been responsible for sanitation throughout its territory since 1.1.2019.

Some municipalities have entrusted the management of their sanitation by delegation of public service, others were in control but did not necessarily have human and material resources.

The object of this contract therefore consists in carrying out the supervision and maintenance missions of the works.
