Acquisition of an IT solution to process health and research NGS data for the University Cancer Clinic (GCS CUC) The needs expressed relate to different aspects of an IT solution including:

- support in finishing the design of a scalable HPC solution,

- a computing infrastructure (nodes, communication and storage),

- storage space,

- the archiving space (under archiving section),

- a virtualization solution,

- network equipment,

- shared file systems,

- solution administration and monitoring tools,

- installation and commissioning of solutions with integration of the existing,

- a recovery of all the data and applications necessary for the analyzes,

- skills transfer services, post-installation support,

- collaboration services to administer the solution,

- the solution must be able to be scalable in order to subsequently be able to be increased in terms of space (storage, archiving, calculation) and computing capacity,

- the different parts must be compatible at all levels and can share the same physical / material medium.
