The subject of the contract in this tender is "Delivery and implementation of e-services and computer hardware, software and mobile phones under the project entitled "eCareMed – Electronic Medical Documentation and e-services on the way to accreditation of the Multi-Specialist Hospital in Jaworzno" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") under the European Regional Development Fund. The project will be implemented under Priority Axis II Digital Silesia, Measure 2.1 Support for the development of digital public services of the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship 2014-2020.
The subject of the contract has been divided into 8 packages, each of which is a separate part.
By specifying Part should be understood Package; these are interchangeable concepts.
Package 1 Server DeliveryThe subject of the contract is the delivery of servers. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ.
Package 2 Delivery of UTM devicesThe subject of the contract is the delivery of UTM devices. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ.
Package 3 UPS DeliveryThe subject of the contract is the supply of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.3 to the SWZ.
Package 4 Delivery of disks to the disk arrayThe subject of the order is the delivery of disks to the disk array. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.4 to the SWZ.
Package 5 Individual call system (replay)The subject of the contract is the delivery of an individual call system (replay). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.5 to the SWZ.
Package 6 Delivery of telephones (replay)The subject of the contract is the delivery of telephone sets (replay). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.6 to the SWZ.
