Properties of Städtische Bühnen Frankfurt am Main GmbH, Untermainanlage 11, consisting of the premises of the Frankfurt Opera, the Schauspiel Frankfurt and the stage service. It is a year-round performance operation (including Sundays and public holidays), whose venues, foyers, production facilities, storage rooms and rehearsal stages are partly located at different locations in Frankfurt am Main

The maintenance cleaning in the above-mentioned premises includes a floor area of approx. 23,100 sqm to be cleaned. These are distributed as follows:

- Main building Untermainanlage 11, approx. 20,200 sqm,

- Storage rooms Franziusstraße, approx. 580 sqm,

- Storage rooms Carl-Benz-Straße, approx. 10 sqm,

- Storage rooms Sontraer Straße, approx. 10 sqm,

- Office space Nürnberger Haus, approx. 400 sqm

- Rehearsal stage Schielestraße, approx. 1900 sqm

as well as stage cleaning on an hourly basis: approx. 6,048 hours per year,

Cleaning Bockenheimer Depot on an hourly basis: approx. 1,920 hours per year.

During the theatre holidays, there is no regular maintenance cleaning for a month in the summer, but a needs cleaning. During this time, the order is made by arrangement and the billing on an hourly basis. Further information can be found in the specifications.
