The subject of the framework agreement is test engineering services in accordance with the specifications of the service description.

The test engineering services are divided into the following service areas:

Performance range 01: Solid construction

Performance range 02: Metal construction

Notice form hereinafter also referred to as "lots".

The conclusion of the framework agreements for the provision of the services described in more detail in the service description (Annex 1 to the framework agreement) is carried out by way of a so-called "open house procedure" (for more details, see Section VI.3 and the cover letter, which can be accessed via the electronic address given in Section I.3).

The framework contract to be concluded individually includes for each contractor those service areas described in more detail in the service description (Annex 1 to the framework yield) for which the admission requirements have been proven with the application for approval.

Individual contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement concluded may include all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been approved.

The open house procedure runs from publication until 31.12.2025 and can be extended twice by 1 year each. Applications for authorisation and thus also the conclusion of a framework agreement can be made during the entire duration of the open house procedure.

A framework agreement comes into force with the admission of an interested party and ends on 31.12.2025, subject to extension options. The framework agreement can be extended twice until 31.12.2026 or 31.12.2027 - analogous to the open house procedure - due to the extension option. Further details are regulated by the framework agreement.
