1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply (sale) of high-methane natural gas type E, tariff W-6.1 for Górnośląskie Towarzystwo Lotnicze S.A. Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice, Wolności 90, 42-625 Ożarowice.
2. Natural gas should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and its executive regulations and Polish Standards.
1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply (sale) of high-methane natural gas type E tariff W-6.1 for the Upper Silesian Aviation Society S.A. Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice, Wolności 90, 42-625 Ożarowice.
2. Natural gas should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and implementing regulations to this Act and Polish Standards.
3. Gas supply will take place up to four connections on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of the sales agreement, the value of fees for MWh, subscription, distribution fixed and variable fee. The gas should be delivered to the delivery and demand point, which is a set of gas equipment used to connect the internal network owned by the Ordering Party to the gas network of the system operator.
4. Contractual force:
1) Terminal A – 1100 kWh/h
2) Terminal B + C - 1500 kWh/h
3) Hangar 1 in 2 - 1000 kWh/h
4) Terminal Cargo i Hangar 3 - 1000 kWh/h.
5. Minimum gas consumption for safety 80.00 m³/h, and 35 m3/h.
6. Minimum pressure 2,00 kPa.
7. Gas appliances with a power of:
a) Terminal A – 2 565 kW,
b) Terminal B +C – 2 600 kW,
c) Hangar 1 i 2 – 1 860 kW,
d) Terminal Cargo i Hangar 3 – 1795 kW,
8. The amount of gaseous fuel supplied will be determined on the basis of the measuring system - gas meter type: Delta and Mac Bat II recorder.
9. Forecasted consumption of gaseous fuel is 10 136 530 kWh / 12 months, nominal heat of combustion 39.5 MJ / m³, conversion factor 11.215. The Ordering Party declares that the forecasted consumption of natural gas is estimated for a period of 12 months.
10. The forecast of monthly gas consumption in individual facilities is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ. The values indicated above are estimates and the Ordering Party does not undertake to realize this quantity in full. The above quantities are only indicative, therefore they cannot be the basis for any financial claims of the Contractor, including damages. At the same time, the Ordering Party declares that the minimum amount of the service to be provided by the Ordering Party is 8 616 050 kWh / 12 months.
