The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - "Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, and work at forest nurseries, to be carried out in the Cicinki forestry area in 2020.

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - "Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as work on forest nurseries, to be carried out in the forestry area of Cicinki.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of the quantities of works

In the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as work on forest nurseries resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

- attachment No. 3.1. - size of works by activity,

- Annex No. 3.2. - difficulty zones and logging distances,

- Annex 3.3 - wood harvesting sorting system.

3) The material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1 to 3.3. are estimates.

4) The quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject of the contract are set out in Decision No. 126 of the General Director of State Forests of 12.8.2019 on the provision of uniform model documents and the application of quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject of the contract regarding the ordering of forest services in the field of forest management in organizational units of the State Forests. The detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract specified in this decision is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

6) Description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.
