The subject of the contract is the purchase of 27 pieces of Type C ambulances, together with specialized medical equipment, described in detail in the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 2 to the Specification of Essential Terms of the Order. List of tasks that are the subject of the contract:

Task 1. Purchase of 13 Type C ambulances for WSPRiTS Meditrans Warsaw

Task 2. Purchase of three Type C ambulances for RM-Meditrans Siedlce

Task 3. Purchase of four Type C ambulances for Meditrans Ostrołęka

Task 4. Purchase of 7 C-type ambulances for WSPRiTS Płock.
