The National Control Commission for Prices and Energy intends to purchase services to support the data collection and analysis information system. The purpose is to acquire data collection and analysis information system support services to ensure uninterrupted work of the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy and external users of the system using the data collection and analysis information system. Data Collection and Analysis Information System (DSAIS) - Level II state information system. Purchased DSAIS Support Services. Services must be provided within 24 months. from the effective date of the contract. Purchased services include:

- consulting the DSAIS administrator,

- correction of DSAIS errors,

- installing new versions of DSAIS, configuring the environment, solving database problems,

- DSAIS migration work to upgrade to a higher database management system, operating system, application server software version,

- analysis of the use and need of technical resources,

- implementation of patches to DSAIS software code,

- Validation and timely updating of licenses and certificates for utility programs used by DSAIS,

- periodic reporting of DSAIS support reports,

- up to 40 hours per month for DSAIS consultations for level I, II, III incidents,

- Level IV incident resolution - Up to 5 incidents in 1 month.
