Operation no. 325: Framework agreement for technical assistance to project management for the accessibility work of the ERP of the City of MARSEILLE As part of the mandate (mandate agreement 2019-81289) entrusted by the City of Marseille to SOLEAM, the work to make accessible the Establishments Receiving the Public registered in the second three-year period of the ad'ap, as well as some buildings of the 2019 programming, must be realized. The list of establishments is annexed to the documents of this Framework Agreement. For the implementation of this mandate, SOLEAM called on an ATMO dated 20/12/2019 via a framework agreement with purchase orders for a 4-year mission until December 2023. As such, SOLEAM is once again launching a call for tenders for a similar technical assistance mission to project management. . Main missions - visit of establishments - realization of work programs - this work program must be validated by the contracting authority and must determine the feasibility of making the site accessible, according to the following two possibilities: oworks not requiring design studies: they will be carried out as part of a works contract with purchase orders. This work is entitled "Works without design" in the different parts of the contract; Works requiring design studies and which will give rise to a follow-up by a specific project management, retained in the context of another public contract.for buildings whose work requires a specific design study, the holder of this contract will not ensure any work management mission. They will be monitored as part of a specific project management service.concerning the realization of works without design, SOLEAM has concluded works contracts. These works contracts will expire in January 2025 and will have to be the subject of new calls for tenders during the execution of this atmo contract.
