The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a multi-award framework agreement whose purpose, described more precisely in the CCATP, is the supply and transmission of natural gas (lot 1) or electricity (lot 2) supplying the delivery points of the City of Saran for all the sites listed in the appendix to the Ccatp.Il is a multi-awarded framework agreement with subsequent contracts without minimum with a maximum amount of (amount calculated and decided according to the price conditions in force when advertising the market) :?
