It concerns a framework agreement for the performance of cleaning and maintenance work for park layouts, paving, green areas, terrain furniture and sports fields for the four sports parks in the municipality of Oirschot.

The contracting authority has deliberately merged the contract. The municipality has four sports parks and the activities could also be contracted out by sports park. Merging the assignment creates an advantage for the contractor because he can then better coordinate the activities and the merging leads to less coordination costs.

The assignment is easily accessible for small and medium-sized businesses, which means that splitting up into lots is not necessary.

The agreement is entered into for a minimum period of two years and a maximum of four years. The effective date of the agreement is April 2, 2021.

The agreement consists of a framework agreement for the following activities:

• maintenance work on natural grass football pitches and korfball pitches (mowing, sweeping, rolling, weeding, aeration, sanding, sowing, fertilizing, etc.)

• daily maintenance work on red sand synthetic turf tennis courts, hockey synthetic turf pitches, football synthetic turf pitches (clearing leaves, making litter free, etc.)

• cleaning sports field lighting

• controlling the upright position of sports field lighting

• flushing drainage systems

• Performing visual assessments, quality assessments, fertilization advice and drawing up improvement plans for the natural grass sports fields.

• carrying out the annual inspection for the cleaning and repair of terrain elements on the sports park grounds

• carrying out the annual inspection for the repair of fences on the sports grounds

• carrying out maintenance work on green areas on the sports park grounds

• performing minor repairs to pavements based on an annual inspection for the repair of pavements on the sports park grounds

• conducting an annual inspection of buildings (other than club buildings)

• performing other additional activities
