1. Delivery of promotional materials for the Małopolska Region.

2. Conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be entered into the contract on public procurement — the model contract and are annex No 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the model of the contract).

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ) with a description of the promotional materials is attached as Appendix No. 1D to the Terms of Reference and No. 1 to the model agreement.

4. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to transfer intellectual property rights to the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the contract template.
