Entrustment, pursuant to the provisions of Articles. 23, 101 and 111 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 and of Part II, Title II, Chapter I, of Presidential Decree no. 207/2010, of the definitive design service and executive design, including the coordination of safety in the design phase, of the work called "REDEVELOPMENT WORKS OF THE EDUCATIONAL LABORATORIES OF THE "MATTEI" INDUSTRIAL TECHNICAL INSTITUTE OF SONDRIO - III LOT", including any activity and specialized, structural and plant engineering necessary. The contracting authority reserves the right, at its sole discretion and during the validity of the design contract, to entrust directly to the designer, pursuant to art. 157, paragraph 1, of the CODE, the management and accounting service of the works, including the coordination of safety during the execution phase.

The contract is constituted as follows:

1) final and executive design, including the coordination of safety in the design phase and all ancillary activities, equal to € 305,040.00 (contributions and VAT excluded);

2) management and accounting of the works, including the coordination of safety during the execution phase (subject to direct assignment) equal to € 222,875.00 (contributions and VAT excluded);
