The subject of the contract is insurance of the medical entity in the scope of:

- Property insurance against all risks (CPV 66515400-7, CPV 66515000-3);

- Compulsory civil liability insurance of the entity performing medical activity (CPV 66516000-0);

- Voluntary liability insurance of the medical entity (CPV 66516000-0);

- Insurance of civil liability for damage caused to a third party in connection with the conduct of business and possession of property (CPV 66516000-0);

- Compulsory insurance of civil liability of motor vehicles (CPV 66516100-1);

- Insurance in the event of accidents arising in connection with the use of motor vehicles (CPV 66512100-3);

- Autocasco insurance (CPV 66514110-0).

Within the scope of lot 01 of the contract, the subject of the contract is property insurance against all risks (CPV 66515400-7, CPV 66515000-3).

Within the scope of Lot 02 of the contract, the subject of the contract is:

- Compulsory civil liability insurance of the entity performing medical activity (CPV 66516000-0);

- Voluntary liability insurance of a medical entity (CPV 66516000-0);

- Insurance of civil liability for damage caused to a third party in connection with the conduct of business and possession of property (CPV 66516000-0).

Within the scope of Lot 03 of the contract, the subject of the contract is:

- Compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance (CPV 66516100-1);

- Insurance for accidents arising in connection with the use of motor vehicles (CPV 66512100-3);

- Autocasco insurance (CPV 66514110-0).
