1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive technical services for the building of the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and a description of the manner of performance of the contract is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive technical services for the building of the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews.

The order includes:

1. provision of basic services;

2. provision of additional services commissioned by the Ordering Party.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and a description of the method of performance of the contract is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1.Implementation period - 36 months. Planned term of the contract - from 06.08.2023. until 05.08.2023 or until the amount allocated for financing the contract is exhausted, whichever occurs first,

2.The contracting authority requires a bid bond. The Contractor is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of: PLN 90,000.00.

3.The contracting authority shall require the contractor whose bid is considered the most advantageous to lodge a performance bond in accordance with Article 449 of the Public Procurement Law. The amount of the performance bond shall be set at 5% of the gross price of the offer.

4.Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons performing the activities specified in detail in point 7 of Chapter II of the SWZ.

5.Before concluding the Agreement, the contractor is obliged to present a paid civil liability policy in the scope of business activity related to the Order for a minimum sum insured PLN 2000000.00.
